Your Mission
FP&A Manager will own budgeting, forecasting, and P&L performance, while delivering data-driven insights to support key decisions. This is a high-impact role with strong exposure to leadership, offering the opportunity to shape financial strategy, build scalable processes, and grow into a senior finance position as Koinz continues to expand.
What you'll own
Financial Planning & Analysis
Lead the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting cycles
Develop and maintain P&L statements across business units
Analyze financial performance and identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities
Build and enhance financial models to support strategic planning
Operational Finance
Oversee cash flow management and treasury activities
Partner with accounting to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Monitor financial controls, cost efficiency, and operational performance
Strategic Finance
Support investment decisions, fundraising activities, and financial structuring
Evaluate new business initiatives, partnerships, and expansion opportunities
Conduct scenario planning and support long-term strategic initiatives
Business Partnering
Act as a finance partner to Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams
Lead regular P&L review meetings with stakeholders
Translate financial data into actionable insights for non-finance teams
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA, CFA is a plus)
5–8+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Finance Management
Strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
Experience in both operational and strategic finance
Exposure to multiple markets or international experience is a strong plus
Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is a plus
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
