Your Mission is to own the end-to-end recruitment process across a variety of business and technical roles. You'll act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, driving hiring strategies, improving recruitment processes, and ensuring we attract top talent that aligns with Koinz's culture and business goals.

What You’ll Own

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding handoff.

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and build effective hiring strategies.

• Source and engage top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and proactive outreach.

• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout every stage of the hiring process.

• Coordinate and facilitate interviews while ensuring an efficient and seamless recruitment process.

• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

• Drive employer branding initiatives to position Koinz as an employer of choice.

• Analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates to continuously improve hiring performance.

• Collaborate with People Operations to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.

• Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience.

• Support strategic hiring projects and recruitment initiatives as the company scales.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 4–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within startups or high-growth technology companies.

• Proven experience hiring across multiple functions, including commercial, product, engineering and business development.

• Strong sourcing capabilities and experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.

• Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills.

• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities.

• Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and reporting recruitment metrics.

• Outstanding communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously while maintaining high quality.
